RECOMMENDED USE: Due to the extreme potency of LIPO-6 Black these guidelines must be strictly followed. Start off with only 2 Black-Caps on yourfirst two days. (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and increase dosage by 1 Black-Cap every day until the maximum dosage of 6Black-Caps per day has been reached. From here on take 3 Black-Capsin the morning and an additional 3 Black-Caps in the afternoon.NEVER EXCEED 6 Black-Caps PER DAY.
