Fiberlyze from Species Nutrition contains both soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber helps to reduce the risk of heart disease and reduces blood levels of LDL, the bad cholesterol which builds up in the arteries. Directions: Adults 12 years and older: Mix 1 teaspoon or 1 scoop in 8 oz of water 2-3 times daily.
