Kava Supplements

Kava is an herb that is native to the islands of the South Pacific. In the islanders’ tradition, kava has been used as a ceremonial beverage. The root and underground stem of the kava plant are used to make herbal applications of this plant.

Kava is traditionally used to treat anxiety and insomnia, although it has other uses such as treating asthma, urinary tract infections and menopause symptoms. There is no recommended dosage for using kava.
