Evening Primrose Oil

Evening Primrose Oil, or EPO for short, is the oil of the seed of the evening primrose plant. It is typically used for skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis and acne.

Women commonly use EPO during pregnancy to combat high blood pressure, as well as treatment for PMS and treatment for symptoms of menopause.

EPO has no recommended daily dosage, but typically the dosage ranges are anywhere from 3,000mg to 4,000mg daily by mouth.
